Samphire offers a truly unique and flexible service, with bespoke menus and beverage packages suitable for all budgets and requirements. Whether an intimate occasion for friends and family, a wedding, christening, celebrated dinner or entertaining corporate guests, Samphire can organise and play host for your party or event.

As Samphire, we continue to base our Menus on Nectar's philosophies; local organic produce, fresh seasonal ingredients cooked in a simple modern British style. Nectar supports farmers in the North West by using meat, fish and vegetables in our menus. All our meats are supplied by a national award winning butcher; awards given by Rick Stein and Gordon Ramsey to name but a few.

Our menus are adaptable in that we can design around you, your guests and your event. With a broad range of catering options including canapés, buffets, BBQs and fine dining menus, we are confident that our approach for bringing you only the best local produce will result in truly outstanding experience.
